• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer must ensure clear access to the work site.

• Any pre-existing conditions affecting the service must be disclosed prior to work commencement.

• The customer is responsible for obtaining necessary permits, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

• We stand behind our work and offer a limited warranty on our insulation services. Specific warranty details will be provided with the contract.

• Warranty does not cover damage due to external factors such as structural issues, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.

• Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Liability and Indemnification

• Premier Spray Foam Co is not responsible for any damage resulting from undisclosed structural issues or improper site conditions.

• The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Premier Spray Foam Co harmless from any claims arising from the project.

7. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information without consent, except as required by law.

8. Changes to Terms
