Closed cell spray foam insulation provides an unmatched thermal barrier with the highest R value of any insulation. Generally used for external walls to prevent air leakage, while providing a strong moisture barrier.
With open cell spray foam insulation, it’s application is used for internal walls, therefore helping to eliminate noise pollution. Besides that, it also has an incredibly high R value, but with a much lower raw material use.
In addition to our arsenal of closed cell & open cell spray foam insulation services, we also provide a spray foam roofing service, which helps seal building envelopes of any flat roof, room roofs or low-pitched roof configuration.
Stay warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer as well as saving on energy bills with our spray foam insulation.
Spray foam insulation is a great way to save on energy costs and increase your profits while showing social responsibility.
Spray foam in excellent if you need a temperature-controlled area. Whether for crops, livestock or stables, it is the perfect insulation solution.
Sprayed foam insulation is essentially a blend of two synthetic concoctions – isocyanate and polyol resin – which respond when mixed together and extend up to 30-60 times greater than the initial volume. The mixture then aids installers by getting into tight spaces and holes, giving you, without void, a high energy-retaining barrier. Another unique component of this insulation is that it never loses its shape.
Our goal to choose the best products for our customers ensures a quality service with the highest R-Value of insulation. We take pride in quality control, because our customer’s business matters to us. Most of our business comes from repeat customers, because we stand by our work with pride. We focus strictly on spray foam insulation, most importantly, because of the strong thermal barrier & annual energy savings. We specialize in closed cell spray foam insulation, open cell spray foam insulation, and spray foam roofing installation. This means we’re going to offer our customers the highest quality insulation product & ROI for their investment.
Sprayed polyurethane foam has an aged R-value of approximately 6.0 per 1 inch thickness (depending on the particular formulation and application, higher values have been achieved), enabling it to provide more thermal resistance with less material than any other type of commercial insulation material. SPF systems are frequently used to insulate and protect a wide variety of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Monthly energy and utility savings of 30% or greater have been reported by consumers.
Unlike fiberglass insulation, (which has a cheap upfront cost), closed-cell & open-cell foam insulation offers annual, residual energy savings. This means the money our customers save on their energy bill will continue to pay for their insulation. Each year, our customer’s continued savings will compound from their energy bill, therefore profiting immensely from their investment. That’s something fiberglass insulation just can’t provide.
Studies have shown that as much as 40% of a building’s total energy loss is due to air infiltration. Traditional fiberglass insulation is only stapled, or placed into the wall cavities and does not seal the stud and wall cavities from end to end, or top to bottom. Air infiltration can pass through these gaps, making it far less efficient than SPF. SPF not only adheres to, but forms to the walls and floors to create a tight seal and insulating barrier that stops this air leakage. SPF also boasts the highest R-value per inch than any other commercial material, (upwards of R-7.0, compared with Fiberglass at R-3.5) making your home more comfortable and less expensive to heat in the winter, and cool in the summer.
Since SPF acts as an air barrier, it also helps to reduce moisture infiltration, which is a source of dangerous mold and mildew growth in the home, and can cause severe health problems to its occupants. So save your family and save money at the same time with SPF home insulation systems. Moisture infiltration can also cause structural damage to your home or building.
Foam insulating material has the advantage of being very efficient over traditional insulation. The material is successful at keeping heat at bay by stopping more heat from getting into the house. Not only does it stop more heat from entering the home, it also regulates the temperature inside the home by not allowing the heated or cooled air to escape. The reason for this is because foam insulation has a very high R-value versus traditional insulation. Briefly, R-value is a measure of protection insulation can provide against temperature conditions versus space. So having a higher R-value, such as foam insulation, provides a much more efficient way of insulating your home.
Spray Foam Insulation is an earth friendly spray foam wall insulation that reduces the carbon footprint of your home allowing you to literally Live Green. Every Day. Its contains post consumer recycled content and the spray foam technology that reduces its gwp making it more eco-friendly. Lapolla™ spray foam insulation has a strong eco-friendly pedigree and both help you save energy and the eco-system at the same time.
Spray foam insulation can be added to your existing home or commercial building, replacing the current insulation, or it can be applied to a new build. Energy efficient spray foam insulation, when properly installed, delivers energy savings of 45% upwards for the life of your property, giving homes aged R-Values above 6.0 per inch. Good R-values both help with the energy performance of your property and make the resale value better.
Installing foam insulation also has the advantage of being very quick to install, especially in existing industrial buildings. The thought of updating current installation, including removing drywall, floors and getting into other tight areas, seems daunting. But foam insulation makes the job a lot easier and with fewer headaches. It can be installed within existing walls and other areas without the need of total access. The foam insulation is sprayed into the various areas by creating small openings, and then the foam expands to fill the entire area.
